No account, no key, no sign-in. The person who most needs to report a likeness being misused is exactly the person least likely to have an account here, and a reporting path behind a signup is a reporting path that does not work.

What happens next

The report is recorded with a due time 48 hours from intake — the window the US TAKE IT DOWN Act sets for a platform response.
It appears in the managing agency’s queue sorted by urgency, alongside the per-request audit log for that creator.
If a generation id was supplied, its provenance manifest names the boundary version it was authorised under — which is what makes the report answerable rather than arguable.
A creator or agency can revoke consent immediately, which stops all further authorisation while leaving already-issued manifests readable so distributed output stays traceable.

Check it first at /verify. If it carries no manifest that verifies against this deployment, it was not authorised here — that is itself worth reporting, because someone is claiming a licence they do not hold.
